Outlook 2010 anywhere asking for user credentials

Hi

I am facing an issue with outlook 2010 anywhere connection and exchagne 2007 sp3 that some times it is asking for password upon opening the outlook. It will not accept event if I enter the correct one and keeps on asking for the password. Reopening the outlook will work some times but not always. Also it makes the corresponding domain account to get locked out.
