I've got an Exchange 2010 server for our company and a user running Outlook 2013 on her new Windows 8 laptop. She was running fine for the first couple of weeks, then she told me she had to do some kind of restore, and now when we open Outlook it
gives us the following error.
You must connect to Microsoft Exchange at least once before you can use your Outlook data file (.ost).
I have tried deleting the ost file, I've creating/deleting the mail profile multiple times, I've done a repair of MS Office twice.
When I setup the exchange account without caching, then outlook will open and we can see her mail. Then she complains that access to the attachments is too slow, but when I turn on caching to create a new ost file, then outlook won't open at all. Even after I create a new profile,,, same error.
What do I do next?
