I need to remove a photo from a user's account. I can confirm there is no thumbnail data in the active directory object. The user has Office 365 mailbox. In Outlook in the browser, or the People app, the user appears as having no photo. However in Outlook 2013 and 2016 desktop apps, the user still appears with their old photo. I am using the online Global Address List. It's happening on other PCs also.
Please help.
