Hello,
We are using an on-premise Exchange 2013 server and created a bunch of room mailboxes to enable colleagues to book a meeting room. These room mailboxes are configured as AutoAccept: True, ConflictPercentageAllowed: 50 and MaximumConflictInstances: 10.
When the submitter submits a recurring meeting with 10 occurrences and two of them conflicts, the submitter receives three emails:
- An email which says the meetings are accepted except those who are in conflict
- And two decline emails; one for each conflict
Is there a way to limit the number of notifications? All necessary information is already in the first accept email.
