Hello,
I have two CAS, on only one of them users cannot download attachments; a popup "Due to administrative settings, file can only be previewed".
I have not made any organizational setting the prevent this. Running Get-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "cas01\owa (Default Web Site)" | Select Direct*
on both servers returns 'true' for direct file access enabled on both public and private. Running Get-OWAMailboxPolicy also returns true for direct file access enable on both as well.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
