When I logon to my OWA 2013 server with a mailbox on the 2010 server, it attempts to redirect to the legacy OWA page however, I receive the following error.  I can remove everything after /owa in the URL and the page refreshes and opens.  I've disabled any http to https redirection in IIS and i'm still experiencing the issue.  HELP!

URL that is displayed when I get the error-

https://owa.externalurl.com/owa/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fowa
